So, the Yanks need to make some changes after an embarrassing weekend of losing to the Boston punks. A-Rod did great Friday night hitting 2 homeruns...but it wasn't enough. We need pitching! Mariano hasn't had a save yet! What's going on? All I have to say is it was a bad weekend to be a Yanks fan. I'm hoping that this weekend the Yanks will get some redemption as they play the punks in Yankee stadium. I'm hoping that the Yanks will shake off these losses and move forward. Also, I'm hoping for a miracle to happen in the bullpen. It's only April...there's plenty of time to knock those punks out of 1st in the AL East. Go Yanks!

A-Rod
So, I know non-Yankee fans don't understand why Yankee fans give A-Rod such a hard time. I think it goes back to A-Rod's first year with the Yanks. I hate to recall that year...but it was the year that the punks in Boston beat the Yanks to go on and win the Series. A-Rod choked in his first post season as a Yankee. As a Yankee fan, that's hard to forgive. Though that was a few years ago, it's just hard to get over.
It seems like A-Rod just doesn't have the personality of a Yankee. He seems too whiney at times. If he'd just forget about being loved by NY like Jeter and just play ball and do well in the playoffs...then he'd be accepted as a Yankee.
He hit a game winning grand slam Saturday... that was awesome! We, Yankee fans, don't cheer against him. We love it when he does well...as long as the Yankees do well. It's all about the Yankees. When A-Rod figures out that it's not about him, it's about the team then the better off he'll be. It's not a personal thing, A-Rod. Just go out there and play ball. Don't whine to the media and make an issue of it. Just play ball and play ball well (especially in October)...then you'll earn your Yankee pinstripes.
